Didn’t eat here, they were out of Pork Belly Burnt Ends… and they sounded so good. Stop in because they were open before everyone else and had a Chiefs Beer, Beer in my Hand. Orange Wheat with a lot of flavor, damn good beer. Had live music and great colorful atmosphere. Good time

We always enjoy coming to Chiefs! Today we took the coffee tour, and our guide, Melissa, was so knowledgeable of all the fine details about this bar! Lots of hidden treasures and stories! So cool knowing the reason behind all the decor and such. Love how involved Eric is with his bar, and how he has helped Ashley McBryde with a place to house her bar as well😍🥰

Chief’s is an absolute must-visit on Broadway! The place is massive (six floors!) and every level has its own vibe. You can wander from live music in the Neon Steeple, up to the rooftop for some killer views and Rodney Scott’s BBQ, or just hang out in one of the themed bars and soak up the atmosphere. The design and attention to detail throughout the building really stand out — you can tell it was built to be more than just another honky-tonk.

Had the pleasure of doing an early morning coffee tour with Carlos. Got some great insights into Eric Church and the construction of Chiefs.

We had a private event at Chief’s. The food was tremendous! The top three in my opinion were the brisket, Mac and cheese, and the corn. We were on floors 3 & 4 (the Neon Steeple). Service was excellent and with a smile. Staff was interactive. The rooftop provided an amazing view of Broadway. There were only two negatives & they weren’t worth changing the rating. One was bathroom space. At the Neon Steeple, bathroom space was limited (there were bathrooms on other floors). The other was the banana pudding. I was hoping for more of a bbq style banana pudding (it was still good).

We went to Redemption by Ashley McBryde, an NA forward bar. The amount of detail was amazing! Her lyrics and life were everywhere, I kept finding new details when I would look around. The food is delicious. And so are the mocktails. I had the One Night Standard, a very fruity drink and my husband had Velvet Red, which the bartender described as a Sangria. I don't normally like wine, but this was really good. We had Banana pudding and the Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake pancakes.
